Ø We will handle all the paper works, such as Quota arrangement, Application and Approval of Work permit and Visa etc
Ø Probationary period of 03 months will be provided for each employee. During the probation period, if the employee is found to be unfit or the employee is not satisfied and for the requested post, we will take the responsibility of sending the candidate back to their native country.
Ø First three months Work Permit fee will be paid.
Ø Medical Check-up charges will be paid.
Ø Photo charges will be paid
Ø From the arrival of candidates to the Maldives, we will take all the responsibilities until the candidate is reached to the employer. It includes; receiving from airport, and orientation.
Ø After completion of the contract, if the employer wishes to send the employee back to native country, the visa cancelation, ticket booking and all the Government formalities will be done by Seedling International, under instruction of the employer or if requested by the employer.
Ø If the candidates arrive in the late night, we will provide accommodation and food till handover to the employer.
Ø The countries where we recruit the candidates include, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Thailand, Viet-Nam, Philipines, Mayamma, Indonesia etc
Ø Interviewing of any candidates can be arranged on request of the employer by telephone or personal.
Ø The bio-data of each skilled and semi-skilled candidate will be forwarded to the employer on request.
Ø If needed boarding authority for foreign immigrations.
Ø Application and approval formalities for Work Permit Card.
Ø Renewal of Work Permit Cards.
Ø Documentation of all recruited candidates after handover to the employer.
Ø Handling Passports, Work Permits, Work Permit Fees, Work Permit expiration and Passport expiration date of the candidates till the end of contract on contract basis. Prior notice will be given before getting fined.
